Refund and Return Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or warranties. Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing an order. These items are one of a kind and delicate so please handle carefully.
If you make a mistake on a custom order, please reach out to me at qsignaturegallery@gmail.com as soon as possible so that I can attempt to correct any issues before painting or engraving. I allow up to two revisions on custom orders after sending a proof. Please contact me with any questions you have prior to your purchase, and I will answer as quickly as possible. If additional pictures or videos are needed, I can share.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact me immediately, within 7 days, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and replace the product.
If the box/bag your item arrives in is damaged, please ensure you take photos/videos prior to opening. I need this evidence to make a claim with the shipping company.
